A New Low
American Airlines will now be charging $15 EACH way to check one, yes ONE piece of baggage. Can you believe this? So, for the first bag you check, it will cost you $30 and for a second bag, another $50! This new policy begins on tickets purchased after June 15th.

That makes me really mad!! Good thing we are moving home in a year. No more buying tickets to come home! And we miss you guys! Can't wait to see you soon.
Pretty soon they'll charge us for the peanuts and juice. I'm sure their profits are down because of the cost of fuel, but I think many businesses use it as an excuse to raise prices.
I'm so glad I don't have to fly anywhere any time soon, but I guess driving isn't any better.
