Embarrassing Moment
I often hear how children embarrass their parents with crazy antics and I'm here to say that dogs are no different. Yesterday, I let Khloe outside our front door to go
potty. Usually she is pretty good and finds a spot on the grass and then runs back inside a few moments later; but not this time. I opened the door and then closed it just enough for me to not get cold but still be able to see her. My neighbor was visiting with our other neighbor next door and Khloe quickly noticed. She loves people and always wants attention from strangers. Despite my frantic yelling of "Khloe come!" she ran over to their door. She shook her little bum in excitement and then ran inside to see if there were anymore people. I didn't feel well that morning and was still in my pajamas and pulled-back bed hair, but I reluctantly ran over to get her. I apologized profusely and tried to get out of there as quickly as possible. Once home, I sat down on the couch and began to tell Erik how embarrassed I was. Then, it got worse. I touched my cheek and realized I had a piece of toilet paper on the spot where I had picked my zit earlier that day. I was and still am mortified! Hopefully my neighbors will forget about what I looked like and my ill behaved child....I mean dog. Now, if only I can forget what happened.

I know that is a miserable memory for you but it made my day a little better. :0) We've all been there at some time or another- I once went to school (HIGH-SCHOOL) with the new-sticker (the big long one) on my jeans. I didn't notice until a friend pointed it out. I still get emberrassed about it.
Embarrassing moments are so fun to laugh about -- later. This memory will soon fade when you have kids to embarrass you. Just remember that they repeat everything they hear you say.
So funny! Who were the neighbors? At least we now know you actually had one zit in your life he he!!
hAA haa ... hee hee ... snicker
that is so funny and i love that you even went so far as to post this embarrassing moment on your blog! this is one for the history books! thanks for the great belly laugh!
Hey Tanya! That is a great story! Poor thing. I am sure your neighbors didn't even care and they know how pretty you are already. Happy Thanksgiving!
I love it! I would die if that happened. It sure is funny for us to laugh about though :) Thanks for putting a smile on my face today.
Ok, that's funny! I needed a good laugh tonight. You are still beautiful even w/toilet paper stuck to your face!
Oh that is funny! I can't imagine that you would look anything but great..but the toilet paper on the face...that is hilarious.
oh my! You do not even have to be embarrassed in the slightest!!! First of all, you looked better than I do on any given day when I really do try to look good, and second, your dog can come over and run around any time! I do embarrassing things on a daily basis- don't sweat it! Good luck with finals, when it is all over we will have to get together for a graduation party!!!
oh my gosh that is hillarous! at least the toilet paper wasnt coming out of your pants... that would be worse
