First Glimpse
While I was recovering from surgery at home, Erik took the kids to a family Christmas party (on their Farmor's side). From what I heard, they had a lot of fun. Ethan got his first glimpse of Santa Clause and I was pleasantly surprised to see from the pictures that he didn't cry. Claire appeared to happily tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas and was delighted when he gave her an early gift: an animal puzzle. I wish I could have been there to witness it first hand.

Usually kids are scared to death of Santa at Ethan's age. Happy to see that maybe he'll relate to adults positively in his future.
